What percentage of launch traffic came from Facebook groups, Slack groups, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.?

Many online guides for Product Hunt encourage generating community-building engagement pre-launch in groups on Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Slack, etc. to prepare for their upvotes, comments and interest during the launch. However, in my experience, most of the recommended online groups have little actual engagement, involve no actual community building efforts, and are merely used to spam when a Product Hunt is live. While this metric may not be concrete, did it find it worthwhile to "participate" in these groups, including posting your launch? If you could estimate, what percentage was driven from these groups? Did it seem to have any impact on overall launch results?
