What kind of app would you like to have in the future?

A speech -> to -> rich-text-notes app. It would be incredibly useful for me during meetings. I usually take a lot of notes (helps me stay organized) and this can be dangerous if I lose some bits in the process. I'd love to have something that produces rich text notes for me just by listening to the conversation.
