I want to be a successful entrepreneur and make lots of money! I want to hire smart, talented people whom I respect and love. The more employees I have on my team, the happier everyone is!

My highest goal: I want to write books that can change millions of lives. My medium goal is writing for a famous magazine, and my short-term goal is to make $1000 a month.

Don't know how resonating it is, but I've never set myself career goals. For instance, when back in the days I was going through interviews and was asked there "Who do you see yourself in 5 years?", my reply was always the same - "I want to be a good person". I still want to be that and try to be that every day, with words and actions I express - personally and professionally. It might look fancy being "CMO, Co-founder" and other titles I still do put in my profile description, as they help to show my skillset so people can react and reach out. But other than that, titles aren't my goal. And money wise, the goal has always been to earn enough to sustain the life I'd like for myself and for my family :) And although this answer may look a bit boring to some, can say that sometimes it is very hard in business to do and be genuinely good, as some tasks require solid words and actions. At least, in my experience.
