Understanding customer needs/ interests with content marketing, then creating a digital campaign according to target audience interests, and finally optimizing that campaign with A/B tests.

@poojalahoti community management can be useful. If you analyze your campaign regularly with certain metrics, you can easily see their interests. Also, social listening can be useful too.

SEO is the best for longevity, Social Media and Influencer marketing is great for brand awareness. However, offline marketing is overlooked, so sponsoring events, networking and handing out leaflets is something we like to do. I have written a blog post if you would like to take a look :)

Nail the messaging to the relevant audience! No matter how great your product is, or what kind of tactic you use, you got to find your target audience, and understand (as well as solve) their pain points.
