I feel if you are into D2C it actually helps. Building a personal brand then selling becomes easy and not much spend on brand marketing as it sells itself. See people who are big podcasters in india they sell brands so easily of their own how when most d2c products are made by same manufacturers i give all power to influencer marketing and personal branding.

@shreya_gupta02 You don't believe having a personal brand within the B2B space is valuable? Aren't the biggest B2B companies ran by people that have really strong personal brands and become subject matter experts or thought leaders in their space that the business is in?
@apostolos_toptsis when you become a serial entrepreneur why not it matters but think of all the 1st time b2b companies non of them people know about that much or had a personal brand.
I think that personal brand is important, but a company brand should be able to stand on its own two feet without being tied to a specific person!
