In my opinion, the single most important factor when building an MVP is ensuring that it delivers genuine value to its users.

hey there, mate ah, the essence of MVPs. here's my distilled thought: 1. simplicity speaks. core value, stripped of distractions. 2. it's the heartbeat, not the decorations. solve that one burning pain. 3. ensure it's a mirror: reflecting users' true needs, not our desires. 4. feedback's the gold. build channels for it, listen deeply. 5. MVPs are conversations. they ask, "does this resonate?" 6. resilience. adapt, tweak, and sometimes, pivot. 7. in essence: clarity. the clearer the problem, the sharper the solution. always about journeying towards that essence. MVPs start the conversation; let's keep it profound. journey on, Karim.
I look at the core features if they actually work and meet the needs of the target audience

Picking a single pain point of the customer and trying to solve just that and nothing else for the MVP. Just the bare minimum for working product that solves their pain. That is what we are doing with our Product SayData. We are launching it on PH on 17th Aug. Would appreciate your support Andy.

To make such an MVP that will realistically model the main features of the future product.
