What is the most correct and incorrect thing you have done when launching a product？

The biggest mistake I made was not reading launch strategies or researching Product Hunt rules, which caused me to miss my first launch and get no attention.
I'll launch the ILLA's update again in March, and I hope to have some success this time around. Any must-do suggestions?

@shubham_pratap We will organize an event where we'll ask our users to use ILLA Cloud to build some tools and share with the community. As a token of our appreciation, we'll be offering our attendees an invitation code, discount code, or some cool ILLA Cloud swag. Currently, this is the only concept I have in mind for the event.
