It's marketting for me as I'm a first time founder

For me, it's marketing and finding supportive communities..

Getting first customers, then first paying customers I'd say!

I would say it's tracking analytics, attribution and calculating ROI

It sounds something needs to be done in marketing to help us make it easier!

Product development and also having the team see your vision the way you do.

Because it requires so much effort over time to get the traction needed. Hitting #1 Product of The Day is not luck. It's pure effort.

It's specifically made for engineers and for me personally it was so much easier to read because it was made by an engineer who speaks and thinks more like me, and it's unlike blogs written by marketing experts. There is even a section about Product Hunt so that could be very useful for you.
