It will become more normal but I think normal office work or hybrid will be more popular. Work from home is not a perfect solution, there are still a lot of issues with it. Also, there is a LOT of office space in the world, companies aren't going to just let it sit vacant. Office spaces may change and become more appealing, but a majority of workers will be in offices.
