One of the most difficult parts of having an event is making sure that all of the different parts of the event work well together. There are a lot of moving parts that can be hard to keep track of without careful planning and teamwork. These include finding a place to hold the event, organizing food, and keeping track of RSVPs.

One of the biggest problems is that people don't come to your event. I organized a couple of events for a cryptocurrency exchange and the biggest problem was that on the paper there were supposed to be 200 but in the end, 60-70 people came (which is not so bad). However, a lot of money could be saved
