For me it's been finding a proper swimming pool next to my house that I go to everyday. Literally keeping me sane.

Working out! Absolutely crucial for maintaining my mental health. I think having something outside of work that's totally engrossing and pulls you into the moment while you're doing it in general is the key.

Running 3 times a week is my meditation. It's so good for my mindset. And then getting the right vitamins and supplements has been a game-changer 🙌
