What is the average time span your team needs to prepare for the PH Launch?

Was about a month for us overall, mainly because of the dedicated design and video materials, but also to network a bit with the current community.

1.5-2 months time period is good enough! You get to engage with PH family that will surely give you some positive output. 😊🙌

It depends a lot on your target. Do you want to make it to the top 5? Do you just want some exposure to collect feedback? Do you want to sell LTD to get some runaway? Depending on this preparation time can be anywhere from 2 hours to 40 hours. I'm actually launching an action plan template on Friday, which details what you should do depending on your goal.
