What is Happiness defined?

👋 Hi, I’m developing an app that generates happiness prompts for leaders. I’m hoping you can be part of my research, product camp community. I’ve studied happiness for 4+years, and have realized it means different things to different people.
What does happiness mean to you in a few words?
I’m curious how these definitions may vary among generations. I have a hunch there is a lot of common ground amongst us than we realize, so if you can join the poll this would be of help!

Lately, I've been associating happiness with having mental capacity to think/do/care about things I want to care about.

Many say happiness = success. What are your thoughts on this?
I am also a millennial and I find that I am most happy when I'm pursuing something. Whether it's a goal, business, sport, etc. The act of doing that thing is what makes me happy.
@kyle_tummonds love that, in the happiness “community” we talk about being or BE. We also do find that happiness when we DO.
