When we think of skills we would like to possess it's usually something like leadership, problem-solving, development, etc.
What is an underrated skill you would like to develop and why does it seem so valuable to you?
I personally think a lot of people would benefit from developing their emotional intelligence and the ability to listen to what someone is saying rather than just hearing it.

Yes, developing my EQ is top priority!
Cracking dad jokes. It works marvel for me. Even though people hate my dad jokes, they appreciate that I take time out to lighten up the mood in the office.
It is essential to loosen up and laugh and smile at the workplace.
@manab_boruah I love this! Having a laugh is so important indeed, we spend so much time on our jobs so we better enjoy it as much as we can.
@jason_andries1 To remain calm in any situation.
Breaking down project into smaller tasks. Very often, when you have great ambitions and a goals, you often trying to do everything at once.
@anna_starodub1 I started doing this a while ago and I can only recommend it! It really gives peace knowing how small things can lead to a bigger picture and it's easier to track progress this way.
I'd like to develop sales skill more. I believe for any maker, this is an ultimate skill to reach the financial freedom. Often developers are good at building products but bad at selling them.
@swapratim_roy It's an important skill indeed as a maker, it's essentially what usually makes your product grow in the beginning.
Manipulation. So I can get what I want...
Lol just kidding. I'm trained in design, but know very little about development. I guess I just wish I knew how to code (though that's not really underrated at all) so I could come up with the clever ui/ux AND actually build a real version which is identical.
@isaiah_trotter I'd love to be able to code as well! I've tried it a few times but it just isn't my cup of tea. Developing what you designed as UI/UX will definitely be a great feeling
@mycelebs_elle It's a very valuable skill in all aspects of life. Good luck developing your agility further!
