What improvements would you suggest for Product Hunt? 😻❤️

overall love the PH - I think a lot of cleanup around the actual products/hubs/listings/previews/banners would be pretty great.

Get more transparent why certain products are not featured. My launch got 250+ upvotes but was not featured.

Thank you for the post! I would suggest creating a separate category for iOS apps. There are numerous functional products that do not require registration, subscriptions, or even a website connection. Good examples include mobile games, photo/video-related apps, and various GPS and/or accelerometer-based assistants. It would be interesting and valuable to have a separate Product Hunt category for such products. An additional benefit for makers is that wide exposure can potentially increase the App Store rating for the app, which is very helpful. Note that the same probably applies to Android apps, but I would suggest having a separate category for Android as well, since Android owners are likely not interested in iOS apps and vice versa.

A small thing: I would like to see a counter under the streak badges, showing how many times you got them (for instance 12 times "Gone streaking 10").

One thing would be a smoother PH launch wherein no product should have to experience not showing in the feature page especially if they have got the numbers needed. Had that one experience. Also maybe a chat feature for the members would be great 👌
