@markk0217 I was surprised when I came across the same financial models in different companies, but with completely different process settings: the process of notifying the user, the system's reaction to the absence of payment or the presence of prepayment. So I would add one more important feature - the ability to flexibly customize different options.

Calendar integration...as in when to follow up on past due invoices. And to be able to tag when an invoice is paid.
