I would say it's the hero section and features.

Value proposition of your product and CTAs! Your landing page visitors should never have to “hunt” for information or what to do next. So layout is very important - does it flow well and guide the reader through the journey you want them to have? I think these are key elements along with clear and concise copy that tells them right away what your product is and why it would benefit them to use it along with good visual content (images/demo video).

The two key things that you have to prioritize are: 1. The Value Proposition (Benefit) your product provides 2. The Conversion Path your customer will take All else falls under those two things. For example: Your headline falls under #1 as it should clearly and concisely explain the benefit of your product. Same with your subhead. Testimonials should speak to the benefits. If you solicit testimonials, ask for feedback specific to your benefit vs a generic "This product is great" type testimonial. Your CTA should clearly and consistently tell your customer how they can obtain the benefit your product provides, e.g. "Download Immediately for $29" This may be an unpopular opinion but I wouldn't showcase features, at least not as features. Showcase them first as the benefit/life improvement they provide, then list the capability that delivers that benefit/life improvement.
