Hybrid work is a significant departure from the traditional work model. It's a versatile, contemporary working method spreading the working world. Hybrid work isn't a one-size-fits-all solution, despite being popular with many businesses worldwide. Instead, it comes in various formats for various companies and their staff. Is your company following a hybrid mode? What pros and cons do you think this type of working model has?

Quite a difficult question. It depends on the type of activity. For example, in our IT startup, developers spend all day developing our product. Their work is creative. But they are in the same place, usually at home. Another thing is our leader. He has regular meetings. He constantly receives a lot of information, which he analyzes and makes decisions on which the future of our project depends. I think that for him the ideal hybrid workplace is wherever he is in touch))
