What do you use for Software Demo Video?

My requirement is something where I create a rough walk through video using my voice and then some AI voice can make it better and more professional sounding.

All the tools I have seen, requires me to provide text script and then the voice will record it. I then need to match and stitch with the video.

Is there any simplified service that takes the rough video and automatically records a professional voice over?

Its a bit complicated, If I need to make this kind of video, I'll use one audio mixing software to record and tone voice and one motion graphics toll such as Adobe After Effect for video mixing, editing and putting text on it
