@praveen_ai I think we need to look beyond just learning by watching a video! I agree that we must provide training in different formats as people learn in different ways. Alongside personalized learning paths and gamification, using VR and AR can be great ways to provide an immersive and engaging learning experience, if you have access to that technology. Connecting the training provided to company and individual goals can also support retention as the learner feels more valued.
AI will disrupt education in a similar way that it is disrupting every other industry. The possibilities are endless and some of the most exciting areas are gamification, coaching, and simulation.

@sanders_mitche True, I guess AI can help teachers how real life examples would feel to students and most important the AI won't a biased thing, so it will pay equal attention to every student.
