Serious problem with that. In general I always believed people don't work when they are at home... so what we did is a little extreme... we required every programmer to be in team video... ended up badly... I seriously was scared to go to the bathroom...

@zoe_allen3 My teams are usually less than ten people ... I really like the interactions we have at the office... we are building unique technologies... This said... It is true that reserving a day or two from the week to code quietly at home sounds like a good idea... I guess it is a question of trust...
