Overthinking everything.
Procrastinating tasks.
Engaging in aimless online shopping is a guilty pleasure that consumes more time than I should allocate to it.
I dedicate excessive time to organizing and reorganizing my workspace, seeking the perfect setup instead of diving into the actual work awaiting me.
I invest too much energy in trying to please everyone around me, often sacrificing my own needs and well-being in the process, which leaves me feeling drained and burnt out.
Getting lost in the endless scroll of social media feeds eats up more time than I'd like to admit, leaving me feeling unproductive.
I find myself procrastinating important decisions, postponing them indefinitely under the guise of needing more time for reflection, which often leads to missed opportunities.
