What devices do you need to organize a high quality meeting?

As a co-founder, very often I need to organize a meeting with colleagues in the office meeting room and the other hybrid workers online via Zoom or Teams.

To make sure the meeting is high quality and efficient, below is the device list I need:
1. MacBook M1 to connect to Zoom or Teams
2. Type-C hub with a HDMI interface to project the topics on a big screen to make sure everyone is aligned and focused on
3. A speakerphone with good quality to let everyone in the meeting room can be heard clearly by others on the internet

What is yours or any recommendation?

In our meeting room, we have Neat Bar + Neat Pad for Zoom meetings. But when we need to have other meetings (with different customer) like Teams or Webex or Google Meet, we cannot use Neat. So we use:

1. my Macbook Pro
2. Mi TV
3. Jabra speakerphone
4. UGREEN Type-C Hub
5. Presenter (wireless, with USB Dongle)

this works perfect, just need a couple minutes to setup, it can be chaos when you rush to the meeting.
