What challenges do remote workers face the most?

Remote workers on Bridge St often struggle with feelings of isolation, blurred work-life boundaries, communication difficulties, and distractions at home. Additionally, maintaining productivity, collaborating effectively with colleagues in different time zones, and accessing necessary resources pose significant challenges. Maintaining motivation and combating loneliness are also common hurdles in remote work environments.

Employees who work remotely often don't feel connected to the company because they have no personal contact. Sometimes remote employees feel isolated. We have a solution for this problem. Our product will help companies to improve their corporate culture. We are developing an application (in Slack) that enables employees to connect with the company.
