Miro is actually fine for brainstorming, but easily becomes messy

As a CTO, I worked most with the product from a development perspective and mostly worked with task trackers. Please, share with me your experience, how you work with the product from level of ideas and initiatives.
Mark Amouzgar
We are using Jira right now, but you should make some modifications yourself to improve it.
Sergei Petrov
@mark_amouzgar I agree, exactly the same decision now. What modifications did you make?
AAr23
We use many, can you make it multiselect?
Sergei Petrov
@aar23 Choose your favorite 😄 Which ones do you use? Write here please.
AAr23
@sergeipetrov Miro: for aggregate and lean ideas. Trello to gather ideas and its stages (idea, problem/market fit, product/market fit, sales/market fit, etc) and the craziest one is Notes (in my mac) with custome sustitutions for icons and identation, after trying many specific task tracking like asana, jira, etc as a solo maker those makes lots of clicking overheads.
Sergei Petrov
@aar23 Do you have the challenges to collect all these things in one place for general analysis and collect priorities and reports later? We are in the process of making a solution to help with this.
Diogo Quintas
Depends on what you are trying to do... For easy sharing and managing of roadmaps I quite like Roadmunk for it being super simple. The absolute must haves in a product org tech stack I'd say are: - Mixpanel for Analytics - Hotjar for session recording, heatmaps and collect in product surveys - Notion for alignment / product internal documents - Miro for diagramming and user story mapping - Trello / Jira for task management and my absolutely favourite is what we are building at Ferilla to organise customer feedback and user interviews :)
Sergei Petrov
@dquintas Thanks for the transparent answer, I understand the process. Do you have difficulties with stakeholder alignment? How do you solve problems like this?
Diogo Quintas
@sergeipetrov stakeholder alignment is always tough - most misalignments stem from a misunderstanding of what the problem to be solved is and why it’s an important problem to solve. The root cause of this usually stems from a lack of a shared vision and strategy. So in most situations is not a tools problem - it’s a organisation design or strategy problem

For product management, I've been really impressed with ClickUp for task organization and Figma for design collaboration. Also, I've been working on an app that offers some unique project management features, which has been a game-changer in my workflow.
Sergei Petrov
@remilittle Sounds very interesting! What exactly were the features in this application?
Toni
If have limited means and are starting a project, You can use Notion to do pretty much any PM tasks (from user transcripts to ticket Management) Else, Common stack would be : -Documenting : Notion - Quantitative analytics : MixPanel or June.So - Qualitative analytics : Hotjar - Delivery : Linear - Roadmap : Linear - design Figma - Ideation : Figjam or Miro - User interviews : Loom coupled with Descrip or TL DV
Sergei Petrov
@toni_pm Thanks. Why is Linear better than Jira?
Toni
@sergeipetrov To me, and the way i use it it is years ahead of jira, but i am not a big fan of Scrum, so it's only my opinion : Clean and appealing design Tons of integrations Keyboard Shortcuts User friendly interface You can build tons of different projects (Delivery, Marketing ...) No more abstract stories, it really focuses on simplicity and clarity.
Ashley
Trello for sure
Sergei Petrov
@ashley_z How do you transfer initiatives from trello to the development team and back? Tell me more please.
Sergei Petrov
@marins_br What features are the most useful for you?
Wyatt Feaster
Notion is pretty nice. I think it’s designed great, but had gotten pretty heavy I recent times
Anton Gera
Launching soon!
My favorite used to be Producteev, but damned Atlassian closed it :(
Sergei Petrov
@thisisanton What did you like about it and what do you use now?
Anton Gera
Launching soon!
@sergeipetrov Currently we use Notion, Asana. Notion is very good, I like it, very flexible and adjustable. For Producteev, idk how to explain, it actually had everything needed and everything was very intuitive.

@abhishek_bhardwaj19 Is there a mechanism for collecting priorities and feedback from stakeholders? What channels are used to communicate with them?
Abhishek Bhardwaj
@sergeipetrov Yes you just need to create a form where you can ask different questions from stakeholders. This form is already available on our platform Feespace, you just need to change the title and question according to your needs. Then you get a magic link as well as a QR code. You can share directly on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Whatsapp or other platforms. You can use either to collect feedback in the form of text or video. You can sign up and check all the details- https://app.feedspace.io/. You can also book a free demo to understand the product here: https://www.feedspace.io/request...
Luzie Nguyen
Slack For some specific projects that need confidential protection, we can also create a private channel to manage in Slack.
Sergei Petrov
@luzienguyen Interesting. Isn't data lost in these channels? There are probably thousands of messages piled up there... how do you manage to keep things organized there?
Erick Philbert
I love Notion although it's not suitable for complex projects, you can't automatically track your progress all you have to work with are checklists...
Sergei Petrov
@erick_philbert Yes, I have the same problem. What do you use to manage complex projects?
Sergei Petrov
@erick_philbert Yes, I understand. How do you translate your ideas and initiatives into development? Do you use your hands or do you have automatic tools?
Radomir Djokovic
Combination of Asana and Notion

I vote for GanttPRO - a trustworthy Gantt chart generator with many additional PM features. I use it as a professional product roadmap tool that helps me plan and organize work with a robust Gantt diagram. Highly recommended.

You can never predict which game will become popular in the gambling community. Even the major providers that regularly release big hits cannot boast of having invented a formula for success. They carefully add new ideas and keep a close eye on the changing taste of the audience. Sometimes even casinos go along with the trends and publish a game in a popular genre lucky jet online 1Win has become just such a product.
