Hahaha, I'd say staying focused. My headspace is all over the place most of the time. So many metrics to push and work on.

What works for me as a marketer (think it'll help you since you're the same) was to allocate before the week begins which days I'll use to focus on the long-term strategy and which days will be for short-term.

So far, Mon, Wednesday and Friday are for long, and Tue & Thurs for short term.

I'm secretly horrible at networking. People comment that I'm skilled at it, but I'm an introvert and I'm just always anxious connecting with new people! Hopefully this gets better with time 🙏🏻

Everything i'm not good at 😅 I never try to be good at everything, but rather try to be very good at a few things. Not a good strategy in school. But has always worked really good in the real world.
