Would you rather launch on a high traffic day and not get ranked, or choose a low traffic day for the shiny badge?

I think during low-season like this it's about social proof for us. Our main customers are agencies who have a bit of a slower phase due to service businesses being slower (clients being slower) A lot of ripple effects haha

@nafetswirth Makes sense. It all depends on your strategy and desired outcomes. Social proof can be a very solid target.

My opinion: launch on high traffic day and do your best. By the way, which are the high traffic days?
Ahmed Khairy
@bohdanhonyk I believe the days of highest traffic are usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

@bohdanhonyk Check out this: https://hunted.space/ you can get good insights on #upvotes which I would use as a proxy for traffic.

High traffic day will mean the most exposure and that’s what you’re after right? Or just winning? Because win on a low traffic day also means that you won’t make the week or month top 5 😇

Prepare high-quality launch content: Have a compelling product description, engaging screenshots, and a well-crafted hunt submission ready to go.

that's a good question about launch priorities. i'd lean towards launching on a low traffic day to get more visibility and possibly the badge. it feels like having that focused attention can be more valuable than getting lost in the high traffic. what's your take?

Hey Ahmed Khairy, I hope you're doing well! I noticed your post about launching your product and I wanted to offer my support. It's always a tough decision to choose between launching on a high traffic day or going for the shiny badge on a low traffic day. Personally, I believe that the most important factor in a successful launch is getting your product in front of the right audience. While launching on a high traffic day might seem tempting, it's crucial to ensure that your target audience is engaged and ready to give you valuable feedback. That being said, I'd love to know more about your product and offer my assistance. When you're ready to launch, feel free to reach out and I'll be more than happy to provide feedback and support. In the meantime, I'd appreciate any advice you have for someone like me who's also preparing for a product launch. Looking forward to hearing from you and best of luck with your launch!
