Youtube for direct monetization, Tiktok for indirect monetization
It depends on the type of content and the way you want to monetize. Plus, as far as i understood, this question is about monetisation of your own content, not generating leads for your company / employer. So, considering this, here is my suggestions. My go-to way for now is kinda obvious: make short videos for TikTok. Con: i don't see too many sponsorship integrations there. So most likely you will get just money from TikTok directly. And its not much. If you want to monetize through sponsorship integrations - YouTube and Instagram. Considering this, i recommend to strive to become omnichannel. Get new followers on TikTok and direct them to youtube / Instagram. And monetize through sponsorship there. Or sell your own products.
Some other ways / platforms:
Twitch (live-streams)
Patreon (any format)
Medium (text)
E-mail newsletters (mostly text)
depends the kind of content you're wanting to monetize.
i am trying beta.cent.co and creating a purpose-driven tribe as a coin-powered community (web3) on v2mom.slyk.io
youtube i suppose.
doesn't twitter have a way to monetize content too?
I have heard youtube to be the leader in this one.
Hey Alessandra, definitely youtube. However, it's good to get a blog up and running. It's a bit long process, but with good long-term results. All you need to do it repurpose video content into blog posts or vice versa. That way you leverage two most powerful search engines :)
Hi! Probably the most popular monetization platform is actually WordPress. There are tons of way to earn money from your own website: sell subscriptions to your content, do affiliate marketing, create courses, do paid product reviews, etc. I'm selling subscriptions to my website and using WordPress + Zlick Paywall for this. Really happy with the results.
