In the week leading up to your launch, I'd recommend you do the following:
Build your presence on PH : Be active in the community and start building up your connections and points. Also ensure any coworkers or supporters are also doing the same, remember not all upvotes are equal when it comes to a PH launch.
Have your creative assets all read : Try and make your launch page as engaging and descriptive as possible.
Have a plan : PH launch day is a marathon, not a sprint, and will consume most of the 24 hours if you are trying to go for a top 5 spot. If you can divide and conquer in terms of being active on the launch page, reaching out to the community, etc, then you should do so.

You can tease your launch on different social media. When you schedule your launch, it will create a product page, that you can encourage people to follow.
