Building a community, especially from scratch, is tough. Sometimes it feels like figuring out the elements of a spell 😅 What have you seen work really well?

Most often, for such campaigns or events, you just need a good community manager, as from the site https://maestrosdelclick.com/ This may work best as you will get a qualified technician right away.

Video is the most effective medium to gain an audience right now. Initially, posting short videos at a high frequency (thrice a week) will give you instant growth. Once you establish an initial audience, then it's easy to grow by collaborating with similar creators.

This was for a large B2B SaaS software. We used to host monthly get togethers in different cities, where we would talk about new features about to launch as well as being planned. We would also get them to talk about issues they were facing and wins they had. Took tons and tons of cajoling, many a prayer and lots of wine and snacks :) but we were able to do it consistently till Covid hit!

There are several community building tactics that have been shown to be effective: Creating a sense of belonging: People are more likely to engage with a community if they feel like they belong. This can be achieved by making sure new members are welcomed and feel included. https://apkgarden.net/ Providing value: Communities thrive when they provide value to their members. This can be done by providing helpful resources, organizing events or activities, or fostering discussions on relevant topics. Encouraging engagement: Communities need active members to thrive. Encourage engagement by asking questions, starting discussions, and creating opportunities for members to share their experiences and ideas. Building relationships: Building relationships is essential for building a strong community. Encourage members to connect with one another and make it easy for them to do so. Celebrating successes: Acknowledge and celebrate the successes of the community. This helps to build a positive culture and encourages members to continue engaging. Providing a clear purpose: A clear purpose and direction for a community is essential. Keep the community focused on its goals and make sure everyone knows what the community is about. Leveraging social media: Social media platforms are a great way to build and grow communities. Use social media to share updates, engage with members, and encourage others to join the community. Creating a sense of ownership: Encourage members to take ownership of the community by giving them opportunities to lead and contribute. It's important to note that community building is an ongoing process and requires consistent effort to maintain and grow.

✅ participate in the community: they like to hear from others from the founder. Back then, Reddit sent out free gifts every time founder was mentioned ✅ maintain community quality: set up rules and use invite-only mode.
