What are the main challenges using AI chat on desktop?

For me, it's easy to get distracted, making it difficult to stay on track when switching between numerous tabs and applications to use an AI chat. It slows me down and causes me to lose focus.

I'd prefer to have the AI chat integrated into apps or browsers that I'm using, rather than having to find and open the AI app and copy-paste what I need. How about you? What are your main challenges?
