I don't think there aren't any because they ask for money for a better support. I believe you need to create your own community to get support.

I had the luck to run into @jasondainter who has been a hunter since back in the days with this was still foundr-led. His help has been invaluable to us as we're complete newbies in the world of Product Hunt, at least when it comes to launching on our own.

Well, there are lots of communities and groups where you can launch your products, some of them that are most popular and reputed are LinkedIn, Reddit, Producthunt, Facebook groups, social media, and many more.

Communities where you’ve been active: Launch day is not a time to go spamming Reddit and Indie Hackers if you haven’t already been posting there, but if you’ve built a community elsewhere, don’t forget to let them know too.
