In the process of growing, you may have realized some things about yourself that you hadn't noticed before. For example, maybe you're more introverted than you thought or perhaps your sense of humor is a lot darker than you had originally imagined.

Throughout the growth and development of my business, I have learned a lot about myself. For example, I have realized that I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and that I work best under pressure. Additionally,I've come to understand how important it is for me to constantly learn new things in order to stay ahead of the curve. And finally, after many trial and errors along the way, I've discovered that Customer Service is one area where I truly excel. As you can see from these examples, there are many areas of growth and development that happen during any business journey – be it small or big. By reflecting on what has gone well thus far as well as learning from your mistakes (and successes!), you will be able to make further progress towards your objectives.

Often, we think of growth as goal oriented. My growth journey has taught me one thing that there is no ultimate goal; the journey matters a lot more than the destination! We tend to obsess over outcomes rather than the process involved which takes away from the point of any exercise.

@manansuri27 Thats true :) trusting and enjoying the process should be the goal :)

Everyone's journey of self-discovery and personal growth is unique and personal, and it is up to each individual to reflect on their own experiences and observations in order to identify their own personal growth and self-discovery. For me, I have learned to explore as much as I can and do what I love to do.

Growing is a process of personal development and self-discovery that can help people learn many things about themselves. Some examples of things that people might learn about themselves through the process of growing include: Personal values and beliefs: Growing can help people discover what they truly believe in and value, and this can shape their decision-making and behavior. Strengths and weaknesses: People often learn about their own strengths and weaknesses as they grow and face new challenges and experiences. Preferences and interests: People often learn more about what they enjoy and what they don't enjoy as they grow and explore different activities and experiences. Personal goals and aspirations: Growing can help people identify what they want to achieve in life and can give them the motivation to work towards these goals. Personal identity: Growing can help people understand who they are and what makes them unique, which can give them a sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance.

I've learned that fulfillment can only be achieved by living a balanced life.

Lots of things, but the best ones for me are. 1- Public building: talk about your product to others, they are in the same path that you are so they probably will help you (don't be afraid of them stealing information/idea from you) 2- Because the objective is always too big and ambitious, enjoy the journey. You will get to your objective but enjoy the process. 3- Communication and a great team are key factors to success.

Through the process of growing, I have learned a lot about myself. One thing I have learned is that I am more resilient than I thought. There have been times in my life where I have faced challenges or obstacles that seemed insurmountable, but I found a way to push through and come out on the other side stronger. Another thing I have learned about myself is that I am more adaptable than I thought. As I have grown and experienced different situations and environments, I have learned to adapt and adjust to new situations more easily. This has helped me navigate through life and feel more confident in my ability to handle whatever comes my way. I have also learned that I am more creative than I give myself credit for. Growing up, I always thought I was more of a logical, analytical person, but as I have grown, I have discovered that I have a creative side as well. I have found that when I allow myself to be creative and take risks, I am able to come up with new ideas and solutions that I never would have thought of before. Overall, the process of growing has taught me a lot about myself and has helped me to become more self-aware and self-confident. I have learned that I am capable of overcoming challenges and adapting to new situations, and that I have strengths and abilities that I may not have fully recognized before.

Once I entered the corporate world I saw how fast-moving it is. Everyone rushing to do things and often panicking. But I never saw any point in panicking or rushing through things. It makes more sense to be simply 'pacing incrementally' and communicating better. Which turned out to be something I was good at. It was also one of the reasons I found Product management to be a good pick for me.

I've been working with people all my life and I communicate a lot. But over the years I realize that I'm more of an introvert and I'm more comfortable without people) @binay_singh2

I have learned that even as an adult with vast experience, all teachings come in different ages and character. That though I won't know always that what I do is right, now I am more accepting of things I can't control and how easily I can bounce back and learn.

@sharon_paunan very nicely put :) learning is never ending process and we shouldn't much think of an outcome while taking a plunge :)

I learned and realized that fate has a better plan for me (I almost died twice, but survived twice too); that my real purpose in life is to influence others through education and advocate for a better world through learning.

I had a pretty serious epiphany about my relationship with my body and food. I think I've always dismissed the possibility of any kind of ed because my weight hasn't ever been drastically big or small, but I realized I stress eat and constantly have these weeks of self loathing. Not a fun growth epiphany but one that, now that I've realized it, I can work on building a better relationship with. On the bright side, I have learned my passions lie with creative writing AND community building. It's been great fun learning more about the community career world.

That was very inspiring. Stress and depression kills a person from inside :) Glad you came out of it and found your true passion :) More power to you :)@talia_basma
