I use Google Calendar to manage my schedule and keep track of appointments and deadlines. I also use Pomofocus to help me focus and optimize my time, and I use Notion to make notes and jot down ideas. These tools have really helped me stay organized and productive, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for ways to improve their workflow.

I use TMetric to manage my work hours and time off, Jira for task and project management, Google mail for correspondence, Slack and Zoom for communication and online meetings, and finally Spotify to keep me sane during busy days. Look like too many apps to use on a daily basis, but they make my workflow smooth, effective, and perfect :)
We launched our website „Tira“ today, maybe you want to check that out. Tira is an all-in-one solution for team collaboration. With features like a chat, a board for to-do lists, a calendar and many more. The idea behind Tira is to stop the constant app switching to keep in touch with your team, especially when working remote or hybrid! This is supposed to increase productivity and gives you the possibility to use your time for your work. We would be very grateful for some feedback so we can improve our product and can truly meet our customers needs.
