1️⃣ Using Notion as a central hub for team communication and collaboration. Teams can use Notion to share updates, ideas, and feedback in real-time, and to keep track of tasks and projects. 2️⃣ Using Notion to document and organize team processes and procedures. This can help to standardize workflows and ensure that everyone is on the same page. 3️⃣ Use Notion to track and manage team projects. Teams can use Notion to create project pages, assign tasks, and set deadlines, helping everyone to stay organized and on track. 4️⃣ Use Notion to share resources and knowledge within the team. Teams can use Notion to create a central repository of useful information, such as documents, templates, and reference materials. 5️⃣ Use Notion to track team metrics and goals. Teams can use Notion to set and track progress towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and other goals. the key to using Notion effectively as a team is to find a way to use it that works for your team's specific needs and workflow. We are a product based startup and we use notion for most of our internal communication. And it's been a lot easy when comparing with our previous cohorts

One of our most useful practices in notion is when we are interviewing users. We use a template in a database, meaning it's really easy to take notes, remember the questions we want to ask, and review it again after. Makes the whole process pretty seamless and lets us stay on top of what's happening much better

@matthewdelta database template helps alot in storing repetitive data and so by which you can interview multiple users. Awesome use case mattew

We use a Notion database to store all types of tests, experiments, discoveries and results. Makes it easy to find and reference later on if necessary.

We love Notion at The Org. Our community roadmap is built out on it and we put our entire handbook public so that candidates have a one stop shop to learn about the ins and outs of how we operate. https://www.notion.so/theorg/The...

We find many teams love using Notion to centralize their data and projects, but there's a big gap when projects have data that live in other tools (e.g., separate CRM, BI/analytics, email list manager, etc.) Check out Plus as a way to pull live Snapshots (think of them as screenshots that stay up to date) from any app or website directly into your Notion page so you can create live business dashboards and share information with your team! Here's an example of Notion page we use to keep track of the current startup funding landscape: https://www.notion.so/Startup-Fu...
