Being in the eCommerce SaaS space we've seen some clear patterns:
- Rise of retention marketing & channels (for brands greater than $50K/mo rev)
- Brands paying more to figure out their attribution challenges
- Owned channel marketing becoming more challenging (fighting for email/sms/whatsapp opens & clicks)
- Tech stack increasing - upwards of 12-15 apps
- Video UGC spreading from social, back to websites & apps

I wouldn't comment more on trends, but more on what's working and bringing value. Customization and personalization are definitely the way forward, no more mass messaging. A future in voice commerce, where customers can order products directly through their smart speakers. In all of this a great UX design will play a huge role.

First and foremost, there has been a significant rise in mobile shopping, with more consumers using their smartphones to browse and make purchases. This trend highlights the importance for businesses to optimize their websites and shopping experiences for mobile devices. Another key trend is the growth of social commerce. Social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook have introduced features that allow users to shop directly within the apps, blurring the lines between social media and e-commerce. This seamless integration has transformed social platforms into powerful sales channels. Lastly, the trend that will never get old is using an ecommerce fulfillment company to help develop and supervise the process of selling and delivering the product to the customer.

Absolutely! Temu Shopping has indeed made significant waves in the e-commerce landscape over the past year. With its user-friendly interface, extensive product range, and competitive pricing, it's no wonder why more and more consumers are turning to Temu for their shopping needs. What sets Temu apart is its direct access to Chinese manufacturers, allowing for a diverse selection of products at affordable prices. From fashion to electronics, Temu offers a one-stop shop for consumers looking for quality goods without breaking the bank.
