The most important questions you can ask are the most relevant questions
When you're creating your form to conduct interviews, the best work you can do is putting yourself in the skin of the potential user you're going to interview

@devezehugo I think questions are not only from a user point of view. We should also include questions for the users about what we want to understand from business goals.
@guru_prasath true of course but for me most relevant are the ones that show the real usage
