I've interviewed a lot of aspiring entrepreneurs and founders recently and I have found that the top categories in which most people are stuck include some of the following: Idea Validation - how do you know if the idea you are pursuing is worth considering? MVP - how soon and how "ready" should your MVP be for a "launch"? UI/UX - those whose forte is not UI/UX often have a lot of questions about how good their product's UI/UX is for a first launch. No-code - Many non-technical founders are diving into development and have questions about the best no-code tools available and so on. What else would you add to the list? Based on the above categories, we have opened up a few complimentary consultations with experts at G&E. The people offering this expertise are experienced in their respective domains and offer 1:1 sessions where you can "pick their brains" and ask all your burning questions without relying on cold DMs or warm intros. It seems to me that another point that startups and aspiring entrepreneurs miss is the need to train and supervise staff. Often, not 2-3 employees are needed from the start, but much more - especially if the project is promising and international. Therefore, it's critical to motivate the team and give them the opportunity to develop and learn. In this regard, in the future, a need to build a learning management system (read more about this at https://anyforsoft.com/blog/how-create-lms-drupal/) and set up the learning process occur. And if a businessman does everything right, success won't be long in coming. What do you think about that?
