Regular mindfulness, regular exercise, and, most importantly as an entrepreneur, prioritised time management have all been transforming in my routine.

The biggest life-changing habit for me is to do CBT journaling every day to retrain my brain. It is helping me overcome anxiety and live a life that aligns with my core values. I've been doing it for years now, and it is truly transformational. It has made me feel like Maria 2.0, and nothing else has had that impact on my life.
Studying something new at least 1h/day, exercice, meditation and cold baths (still under implementation :) )

Taking care of your own body, sports, meditation, mandatory weekends even when work's piling up. when you take care of your body and cooperate with it, it affects your work as well. t's kinda bummer that I've just realizing this now and not ages ago.

Hi there! I've been practicing a few life-changing habits lately, including: Meditation: Meditation has helped me to reduce stress, improve my focus, and boost my creativity. Gratitude journaling: Writing down a few things I'm grateful for each day has helped me to appreciate the good things in my life and have a more positive outlook.

I think the biggest life changing habit that I am adopting this year has been journaling and Planning my day and week beforehand so I don't have to think about what tasks I have to do instead I can simply start working on them immediately!

I’ve been walking a lot for the last few years but just recently realized I want to stop using headphones to listen to music or podcasts whilst walking. The change had a huge impact, now I feel more in tune with the black box in my head, giving it enough time to “talk” to me

I read for 30 minutes every day before bed. This helps me to learn new things, expand my horizons, and relax before going to sleep.
