What are a few things you do to perfect your demos?

I like to rehearse my demos in different scenarios, anticipate potential questions, and always have a backup plan for tech glitches; but most importantly, I always ensure to relate the product to the audience's needs and interests, making it engaging and personal - because at the end of the day, people buy into stories, not just products.

Make it personal and personalised. And be brutally blunt about what you can and can't provide to the table for them.
