What AI technologies are available for tailoring marketing visuals to specific demographics?

It surprises me that there aren't more tools on the market that allow you to change faces. We used to buy faces from Generated Photos and place them into our images. Now, we are uploading our images directly into the EraseID web app, where you can change age and ethnicity and generate your models.
