Hi all. I've put some thoughts down in the form of an article. I talk about how the design industry is shifting into a more conservative mindset, while automating regulation (think design systems) and the consequences that might have on us as designers and the companies we work at. I also touch on how creativity (or divergent thinking) will become the most sought after trait for design hires in the future. Happy to hear what hunters think.
