How do you reach out to users and request for interviews? Our team sends out emails for zoom interview requests and moderated research sessions but the open rates are really low.

Hey Brian, First things first - Identify who your users are. Secondly try to find where that user lives i.e. reddit, twitter, linkedin and send messages asking to learn about something instead of showing what you have built.

There are multiple options for improving your conversion rates:
1. Linkedin connections - Targeting relevant profiles with inroduction from mutual connections; you can offer gift cards as incentive.
2. Signup with Knowledge Partner (Lynk, GLG, Alpha etc.,): These are specialised platforms which can help you with the right target audience. It needs to spend some dollars, but value for money and you can quickly get connected to great profiles.
