Try to search for the discussion under the keywords like "notion template" and get into conversations with those people, because it looks like they're your target. It's the easiest way to get high quality followers and the audience you want to have instead of simple Follow for Follow with a bunch of bots.

Check the trending page each day and create relevant content to it
These are the things that worked for me
1. Engaging with others and
2. Sharing Build in public updates
RiteKit: nearly 100% of our inbound visits that convert to customers come from Twitter.
Why? You can include a tappable/clickable link in an organic (non paid, not an ad) Tweet.
This cannot be done in Instagram, etc.
