Hey everyone 👋
Today's a big day for our Outreach Academy - it's our first launch here. Outreach Academy is an all-in-one free course for everyone who sells by cold emails, which covers all the aspects of cold outreach. Our hands are shaking and our knees are knocking together (joking 😅).
But seriously, we're just very curious about how it'll go and excited to explore any new opportunities.
So, how was your first launch here? Did you achieve the goals you've set?

I remember when we were launching Charge for Outlook, I drank like 10 cups of coffee. That was so stressful and competition was crazy! But we’ve managed to get new users and that was the main goal :)

@svitlana_palamarchuk I guess, coffee is an indispensable part of any launch. But anyway, that's cool that you've got new users!
Rubbish! Terrible!! Literally couldn't have had lower engagement on our launch day!!!

However! We didn't stop... we engaged with the PH community post our launch and have since had a number of great conversations and some really helpful feedback from the brilliant builder minds here at PH.
My advice... do it, launch! If it goes well - fantastic! If it doesn't go as well as you'd hoped - don't worry, shrug it off and keep going, keep engaging and connecting with the community.
