We set meetings at the most convenient times for all, and work A LOT asynchronously. By the way, today we launched a tool that helps collaboration thrive, would love your feedback on it!

Schedule a lot of things in advance - it'll be very hard to be spontaneous so make sure you plan plenty of interactions when it will be convenient. Also make sure you always have a communication channel going!

Hi Maya. A scheduling tool/software solution can help in regards to working with teammates across different timezones and it can improve efficiency + save time/effort. Scheduling tools can allow you to share your meeting availability (for example via a meeting link page that shows your available meeting times) and let others schedule meetings with you based on on your meeting availability, thereby reducing or eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails/phone calls/messages. Teamcal Ai, for example, is a scheduling tool (for individuals and teams) that can be used to schedule meetings across different timezones. It can help identify available meeting times that work for fellow teammates, even if they're on different time zones. It allows you to sync an existing Google or Outlook calendar. If you're interested in learning more, feel free to check out the Teamcal Ai website at
