Find more customers to get the product in their hands, have them use the product in front of you, by way of session recording, or over the shoulder, let them verbalize their thoughts as they go through using your product, record every single minute of this and then analyze the videos a few times to find out what's not working for them.

Keep talking to customers to understand what the problem is they're trying to solve, and ask them what they want you to build next. Close the gap between your product offering and the problem they have.
