- Hustle to get the first 30 yourself
- Put a small team to assist you to get to 50
- Put a playbook, hire a slightly larger team to get to 100
Remain personally involved to closing the first 100. Sequester the grunt work at every step to new folks and try building a solid, repeatable playbook that can work without you by the time you hit 100
