Social Media Managers / Marketing Agencies -- which SM management/scheduling tools do you use?

What does the social media management process look like for you? Do you use any scheduling tools that help you organize and plan your content or do you rely on the schedulers that are provided by the social networks themselves, or just post directly on the networks?

Using Publer, but I disconnected my Twitter to add my WordPress sites instead. Then the RSS feed will take my blog posts and auto post to my other social accounts.

Tweet hunter or hypefury for twitter are good tools for twitter.

If you get a hang of it, Notion is probably the best.
