This practice will induce a habit of physical activity helping you fight a sedentary lifestyle. 3. Take your lunch break away from your desk and enjoy a short walk or just get some fresh air. 4. Take part in activities like sports, swimming, yoga etc. after working hours or early in the mornings before you get to work.
